Family Cycling festival in the Lake District this half term
This October half term treat the kids to a fun day out at the Brockhole family cycling festival!
On Sunday 27 October, British Cycling and Go Lakes Travel will be running a cycling fun day at Brockhole, the Lake District Visitor Centre. Families are invited to come along and take part in one of three, free guided bike rides throughout the day.
Each ride will take in the beautiful autumn colours of Lake Windermere’s western shore up to Wray Castle and back – and include a free return trip on the Lake’s very own Bike Boat! These guided rides are suitable for riders of all ages and abilities and our friendly Ride Leaders will be on hand to offer support and encouragement.
