Dynamic Diva Winter Warmer

Come and join me on this winter warmer.  As the mornings are getting chilly and the nights are drawing in come and make the most of the best part of the day.

A midday ride of approx 20 miles to keep your legs spinning over the coming winter months and to help maintain your fitness.   I know quite a lot of hills within a 20 miles so these should still be quite challenging.

Meet from 12  for a coffee, chat and tyres pumped up and for a prompt 12.30 departure.

Obviously with ever changing weather these ride might change at short notice.  If we have a dry, sunny winter day the ride be a bit longer, but if it’s very cold or pouring down with rain it will probably  be cut short.  We won’t be riding if there icy patches on the roads.

As always be prepared for this ride with your bikes in good working order, helmets, lights, spare inner tubes and your 4^th emergency number in case of breakdowns.
