Sky Ride Local in Richmond upon Thames

If you’re fairly confident on your bike and ready to broaden your cycling horizons, our Steady rides are ideal. At a comfortable pace, and possibly with some modest hills along the way, rides take place on mainly quiet roads with plenty of sights along the way. Rides are between 6 and 20 miles long, at a moderate pace of between 7 and 10 miles an hour.
Join us on this tour of the borough which shows you how to easily get to many of the sports centres and swimming pools in the Richmond borough by bike.  Some of these include Teddington, Hampton, Whitton, Richmond and the Rubgy Stadium.  The ride also offers some great sights whilst on our travels such as attractive off-road sections through Bushy Park, Crane Park, River Thames, Marble Hill Park and a circuit of Richmond Green all in 20 miles!  This ride is perfect for anybody wanting to get out on their bike and see what great things Richmond borough has to offer its residents.

Helmets must be worn by all under 18's regardless of ride level.
Please bring equipment with you to repair punctures, Ride Leaders are there to help but are not responsible for your bike.
