  • Jeff Kingsland Jeff Kingsland

  • Mark Lant Mark Lant Hi I am 45 and have only been cycling since 2009, I used cycling to lose weight and I managed to drop 4 stone in 12 months, still like my kebabs and pizza though so I have to work hard on the road to keep the weight off.

I have have taken part in a London to Paris charity ride and completed the Raid Pyrenees. I love riding abroad as the roads are better and the drivers treat cyclist better; however it is getting better here in the UK.

Rider Comments on the Route

  1. Reece Cameron Monday 7th July
  2. Max Hall Monday 7th July
Nigel, Karl and Bronwen did a great job of trying to keep a mixed ability group of cyclists happy on a challenging ride, a task that will always be difficult when individuals feel it should be mooving faster or slower!
  3. Jill Tiryaki Sunday 6th July
I didn't mean to rate this zero. I thought it was an excellent ride.
  4. Frank King Sunday 6th July
