Sky Ride Local in Bournemouth

If you’re fairly confident on your bike and ready to broaden your cycling horizons, our Steady rides are ideal. At a comfortable pace, and possibly with some modest hills along the way, rides take place on mainly quiet roads with plenty of sights along the way. Rides are between 6 and 20 miles long, at a moderate pace of between 7 and 10 miles an hour.

Come and join us on the great route with sea views and plenty of sea air. We make a nice gentle start from the dunes at Hengitsbury, before heading along the Overcliff Drive at Southbourne. We'll descend to Boscombe Pier and then enjoy a flat spin along the seaside promenade, gulping in some sea breezes. This is the route that reminds you exactly why Bournemouth is such a great place to ride a bike for fun.
