Join us for a gentle couple of laps through Milton Creek Community Park.  Riding mostly on paths we’ll pass through the Community Park which is home to a wide range of wild life and there are also hints of the historical heritage of the area.  The route passes a large play area and passes over the Sittingbourne and Kemsley Light Railway Line at Burley's Crossing.  We then head out to Churchfield Wharf which has views out over Milton Creek before heading back to the Community Park and play area.  This is an ideal route for families or anyone who wants to boost their confidence on a bike.

Not cycled for a while and looking for an easy way to get back in the saddle? Fancy a fun way to get your friends or kids riding? Our Easygoing rides are great for building confidence for all abilities and ages along relaxed, mostly traffic-free routes. They’re up to six miles long, with a gentle pace of around six miles an hour.

Meet the Ride Leaders

  • Nick Botha Nick Botha hi. I am Nick. I enjoy cycling for leisure and am doing the London to Brighton this year as a challenge i have set for myself. i will also attempt to do the Big Road Ride for St Catherine's Hospice in July.
  • Alice Porter Alice Porter I've been cycling since I was quite little, I remember holidays in the south of france and crying as we climbed up hills, how embarrassing! Luckily I cry much less now I'm a grown up and I now really enjoy cycling as my main mode of transport, for fun and to (try) and keep fit! Hopefully you'll get on your bike and enjoy it as much as I do!
