Steady If you’re fairly confident on your bike and ready to broaden your cycling horizons, Steady rides are ideal. At a comfortable pace, and possibly with some modest hills along the way, rides take place on mainly quiet roads with plenty of sights along the way.
Starting Point & Postcode
All Saints Park, Oxford Road, Manchester. Meet at the main entrance gate on Oxford Road. The postcode M1 7DU is for the row of shops on the opposite side of Oxford Road. (Eighth Day Healthfood Shop & Cafe / Johnny Roadhouse Music Shop). If you are travelling by car, free parking is available on several nearby roads. Make sure you check carefully for any parking charges/restrictions that may apply before you leave your car. Please try to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early as we will be setting off promptly at 6.30pm.   M1 7DU
Overall Duration On a long ride, it’s sometimes good to have a little break in the middle, or maybe a catch up at the beginning or end to keep it sociable. This means that the overall ride duration may be longer than the actual cycling time.
