Overall Duration On a long ride, it’s sometimes good to have a little break in the middle, or maybe a catch up at the beginning or end to keep it sociable. This means that the overall ride duration may be longer than the actual cycling time.

Bike Type You probably don’t want to drag your road bike across bumpy trails. Maybe you want to make the most of the suspension on your mountain bike. This helps you match your ride to your bike.

Breeze Bike Rides in Basingstoke and Deane

This is a series of three coaching sessions that will build your skills week on week and its open to anyone (women & girls) that wants to improve their bike handling skills and confidence on their bike regardless of experience. The sessions will be conducted in a traffic free environment while having lots of fun in a friendly atmosphere with lots of laughs. The sessions are only suitable for bikes that have gears and are in good working order and this could be either a: Road Bike, Mountain Bike or Hybrid/Town Bikes (sorry No BMX or Single Speed/Fixies).

It is compulsory that you bring the following:

- Helmet

We also recommend:

- Gloves
- A drink and something to eat (if needed) it could be hot on the day.
- A list of any medical information that may affect you during the session E.G. Bad back, restricted range of movement and any medication you may need during the session (Eapen, Inhalers or insulin).

Also if you are interested we will offer a lead ride following the course each week.

    I have been cycling for more years than I can remember and I have riden all over the world. Over the years I have done; Downhill, Trail riding, Time Trials, Road Racing and Free riding. I am also a cycle coach and I am also studying for a BSc in Sports and Performance science, as well as training to be a Sports Massage Therapist. I love meeting new people and I look forward to meeting you soon.
  • Natasha Worsfold Natasha Worsfold Hi everyone, My name is Natasha (Nat) I love cycling and get out as much as I can, I am still trying to regain my fitness after major surgery last October but I am getting there slowly.
    I'm looking forward to meeting you all and riding as many miles and eating as much cake as I am allowed (calories burned dependant).
