Free Adult Cycle Training
If you live, work or study in the London Borough of Redbridge and are over the age of 16 you are entitled to a FREE two hour one-to-one cycle training session. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner who doesn’t know how to ride or an experienced commuter cyclist the trainer will tailor the session to suit you and your training needs.
The trainer will arrange to meet you in an convenient off road location to yourself (usually a local park) at a time that suits you.
If you would like to learn how to ride a bike, haven’t ridden for a while or would like to become a safer cyclist, please contact the borough’s cycle training provider Cycle Experience on 0845 434 8451 or email redbridgetraining@cycleexperience.com. If you don’t own a bike you can even borrow one for free.
Cycle Vision is Redbridge Cycling Centre’s programme to deliver coaching to all riders and abilities and includes Learn to Ride, British Cycling Go-Ride, holiday programmes, and adapted bike usage for disabled groups schemes.
