Not cycled for a while and looking for an easy way to get back in the saddle? Fancy a fun way to get your friends or kids riding? Our Easygoing rides are great for building confidence for all abilities and ages along relaxed, mostly traffic-free routes. They’re up to six miles long, with a gentle pace of around six miles an hour.This ride is an exploration of the beautifully landscaped and newly re-opened Queen Elizabeth Olympic Paralympic Park. Starting and finishing at the iconic Velodrome you will ride alongside the rivers and canals of the park, visit all the main venues from the 2012 Games; the Copper Box, home to the handball, fencing, and goalball events of the 2012 Games; the London Aquatics Centre, the ArcelorMittal Orbit viewpoint. Also be amazed at the serenity of the Wetlands Walk Waterglades, the tranquility of the hidden 2012 Garden, and the fun of the Splashpark and Adventure Playgrounds.
This ride has been British Cycling assessed as an accessible route, meaning it is suitable for the majority of adaptive bikes. The route will have no or low levels of traffic, there will be plenty of space and will have a good surface throughout. Additional Information

Helmets must be worn by all under 18's regardless of ride level.
All ages are welcome. Those under the age of 5 must be in a BSA approved child seat, trailer or tag-a-long.

Please make sure your bike is in good working order, Ride Leaders are there to help but are not responsible for your bike.

All rides leave at the time stated, you must arrive early Ride Leaders will not wait.
