Breeze Bike Rides in Bristol

A women-only 6-7 mile ride for after;work/ early evening. Provides a chance for a chat about all things cycling afterwards in Roll for the Soul. All levels welcome, ideal for beginners or those wanting to meet other women for cycling adventures and find out more about other Breeze Bristol rides.

Please arrive 15 minutes before start time - we will leave Queen's Square promptly at 6.15pm. Route will follow the Festival way down the Harbourside and chocolate path to Ashton Court, returning across the suspension bridge, down through Clifton and Hotwells back to Roll for the Soul on Nelson Street.

Meet the Champions

  • Nicola Waterworth Nicola Waterworth I am a ride leader and Breeze Champion leading rides that are mainly women-only in Bristol. I organise rides that range from 5 miles to 60, at a range of paces and levels. I am also a trained Level 2 Cycling Coach so can offer advice and tips on improving your cycling.

    I enjoy meeting all the women who come on the Breeze rides, talking to them about cycling and helping them find buddies, cycling groups and rides that suit them. I am also a big fan of stopping for a good cuppa and occasional piece of cake!

    For myself, I enjoy long solo rides, the sense of achievement a good hill climb brings, exploring new place by bike, summer evening rides with friends or my dad in the Dales and attempting very novice and not terribly good cyclo-cross.
