First Sky Ride Torbay has something for everyone
The first Sky Ride Torbay is set to be a fantastic day of sun, sea and cycling.
The ride allows cyclists of all ages and abilities to enjoy a traffic-free ride through Paignton at their own pace. The route opens at 10.30am – head for the North Green on the seafront to grab a free Sky Ride bib, get your bike checked over by one of the team from Halford’s (repairs free up to £10), and soak up the festival atmosphere.
There’ll be plenty of entertainment on offer too, whether you’re taking part in the ride or not. The North Green will host a Go-Ride skills area where youngsters can try their hand at some new bike handling techniques. Kids can have fun at the Geopark play area or the crazy golf at the South Green.
