Starting Point & Postcode
Cupid Green Playing Fields rear of Redbourn Road HP2 7BA
Overall Duration On a long ride, it’s sometimes good to have a little break in the middle, or maybe a catch up at the beginning or end to keep it sociable. This means that the overall ride duration may be longer than the actual cycling time.
1 hours 40 mins  (1 hours 0 mins cycling)
Bike Type You probably don’t want to drag your road bike across bumpy trails. Maybe you want to make the most of the suspension on your mountain bike. This helps you match your ride to your bike.

Meet the Ride Leaders

  • Errol van-de-l'Isle Errol van-de-l'Isle I started cycling on a Raleigh Tomahawk when I was 8 which I still have! Over the years I have gained more bikes which I use for commuting, general travelling around, group rides and when possible long holiday rides. The two most recent rides were cycling in Switzerland and not as hilly as you may think and from Newcastle to Edinburgh.

Last year I joined British Cycling and Sky to be a Sky Ride leader and have not looked back. Some of the rides were hard going, some were easy going and all great fun even if the weather did try to dampen things down. Here is looking forward to more great rides to get more people out on their bikes.
  • Josie Heffernan Josie Heffernan I've a long history in cycling at all levels, but I'm not as fit or as fast as I'd like so i's just great to get out and have some fun on a bike - just don't expect too much of me as mechanic.
