Our Easygoing rides are great for building confidence for all abilities and ages along relaxed, mostly traffic-free routes. They’re up to six miles long, with a gentle pace of around six miles an hour.
Come and join us on this ride for all abilities, especially families as the park is full of things to do and see during and after the ride. The rides takes us round a flat circular route round the forest starting and ending at the visitor centre where riders can take a well earned rest at the end.
Thames Chase Community Forest is home to a variety of trails, ponds, meadows and even an orchard planted with traditional Essex apple and pear varieties. Scattered around the site are fun environmental play areas for children, including an Ants Nest, Hollow Logs and the Trusty Oak, which offers beautiful views across the whole site.
