The Innocent Railway Easy

Sunday 13th October at 10.00am This is what time the ride will set off. It’s best to get to the starting point at least 15 minutes beforehand to avoid missing the start.

Starting Point & Postcode
Royal Commonwealth Pool (outside the front entrance), Dalkeith Road, EH16 5BB
Overall Duration On a long ride, it’s sometimes good to have a little break in the middle, or maybe a catch up at the beginning or end to keep it sociable. This means that the overall ride duration may be longer than the actual cycling time.
1 hours 40 mins  (1 hours 0 mins cycling)
Bike Type You probably don’t want to drag your road bike across bumpy trails. Maybe you want to make the most of the suspension on your mountain bike. This helps you match your ride to your bike.

  • Craig Hardie Craig Hardie hi im craig and have returned to cycling over the last couple of years after being bitten by the "bug" and opting into my employers "Cycle to work Scheme". I try to get out on my bike most days what ever the weather. I love mountain biking, be it the purpose built trail centres or out in the local hills and forests.equally i can often be found enjoying a gentle cycle around my local towns, villages and cycle path networks. I look forward to meeting everyone and hope you enjoy your chosen ride with us. :-)
  • Ulli Harding My name is Ulli Harding, I live and work in Edinburgh, and have been a keen cyclist for
all my life (well since kindergarten age anyway). I love cycling during weekends,
whether it's for short rides, day trips or weekend tours with my husband or with friends, as well as
using the bike to get about town, as it's the most practical and efficient way around.
I am particularly passionate about encouraging fellow women to realise how much fun cycling can be.
