A steady 24 mile ride with a few hills stopping at Tanhouse Farm Shop for lunch and a cheeky slice of cake! So please be sure to bring some money with you.


Don't forget suitable clothing, drinks and snacks, spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and a pump (and any medication you may require). Please give your bike a check over before you come along i.e. tyres pumped up, gears and breaks etc

    My name is Adrienne and I started cycling three years ago when I signed up for a charity ride to Paris. I'm now a Breeze Champion, Breeze regional coordinator and a NSI Cycling Instructor.I really enjoy being a Breeze champion and love meeting new ladies who enjoy cycling as much as I do.   • Teresa Tucker Hi I'm Teresa and I started cycling 47 years ago!! Virtually all of my riding was short commutes, until a year ago when I met Adrienne and my cycling took a turn for the better! I'd hardly ever ridden with other people before, and was surprised at how much more fun it is, especially if you throw in a few laughs and some cake along the way! It's also a great way to learn a bit more about cycling, if that's your aim, increase your confidence on the road, or just have a bit of fun and fresh air!
    Whatever your reason for coming along on a Breeze ride, there'll be something for you!
