Come and join us on this fantastic ride from the iconic Royal Armouries museum in Leeds along the Aire and Calder Canal to Thwaite Mills.  At 4 miles long this flat ride is perfect for families, new and lapsed cyclists.  With so much to see along the way before we stop for refreshments and a breather at Thwaite Mills this ride is not to be missed!  We return on the canal back to The Royal Armouries taking in the opposite views of Leeds as we return toward the city centre.

This ride uses part of National Cycle Network (NCN) route 66 and 67. To find out more about the NCN and other great places to cycle near you everyday, go to the Sustrans website (http://www.sustrans.org.uk/ncn/map/national-cycle-network).

Our Easygoing rides are great for building confidence for all abilities and ages along relaxed, mostly traffic-free routes. They’re up to six miles long, with a gentle pace of around six miles an hour.

Helmets must be worn by all under 18's regardless of ride level.
All ages are welcome. Those under the age of 5 must be in a BSA approved child seat, trailer or tag-a-long.

Please make sure your bike is in good working order, Ride Leaders are there to help but are not responsible for your bike.
