Sky Ride Local in Brent

Starting at a swimming pool (you might like a quick dip before the ride) and finishing at a running track, this ride focuses on more than just the three sports of the triathlon. Exploring some of Wembley's sporting heritage, we pass by Wembley Cricket Club, Wembley FC's stadium and the site of London Wasps Rugby Football Club between 1923 and 2000, not to mention enjoying fabulous views of the new Wembley stadium.  Please be aware that this route does incorporate some quiet suburban roads and is therefore not completely traffic free.  Particiapants are able to get off and walk at these sections.

Additional Information

Helmets must be worn by all under 18's regardless of ride level.
All ages are welcome but age 5 and under must be in a BSA approved child seat, trailer or tag-a-long.
All rides leave at the time stated you must arrive early Ride Leaders will not wait.

• Josie Warshaw Hello ! Im Josie. I teach bike ability in Central London (amongst other things)
  I enjoy giving people cycling experience to help them feel confident and safe ...Cycling is such a great freedom which I enjoy daily.. it makes me happy passing this freedom and enjoyment to others ..no matter what age you may be .
  I also help run a community bike maintenance project in Kilburn which helps people buy a cheap recycled bike and to maintain their own bikes at a low cost www.cycletastic.org.uk
• Bruce Rodgers Like a lot of others I’d ridden as a child and then moved on to motorcycles, but had a bad accident and went back to cycling to help with my recovery, and it just snowballed from there on to long distance cycling all over Europe including Germany, Holland, Belgium, France and Luxembourg. Over the last 7 years I have also marshalled on a number of cycling events in the UK.
