This ride is ideal for families and individuals wanting to get out on the bike for a 7 mile off road ride. A fantastic route through amazingly serene and peaceful surroundings, Lea Valley provides a haven for diverse plant and animal life that give the illusion of being far removed from London.

Helmets must be worn by all under 18's regardless of ride level.
All ages are welcome but age 5 and under must be in a BSA approved child seat, trailer or tag-a-long.
