Breeze Bike Rides in Bournemouth

London 2012 has proved to be one of most significant and game-changing times for women’s cycling and we want to celebrate this unprecedented era and invite you all to Breeze in the Park. The Breeze network will be transforming Ensbury Park into a bike riding haven as we encourage women to take to their bikes with friends and children and join others to celebrate this success. 

Sneaky peak of what’s in store:

Meeting place –  Slades Farm Open Space in Ensbury Park, Bournemouth, BH10 4EP. We'll be here from 10am - 1pm.

Come and ride around the park at your leisure or take part in the rides with our Breeze champions that will be taking place around the park for all ages and all abilities.

10.30am Brilliant Breeze cycle celebration bike ride from Slades Farm to Coy Pond and back.

Free Track cycling coaching session including track bikes at 1.45pm.  To regoster for the track session, please email raycraig@britishcycling.org.uk

The café will be open 11-1pm with great cake!

There'll also be www.dccyles.co.uk bike doctors at the event to answer any of your maintenance questions, provide free bike checks and give a basic training session on the maintenance of your bike.

Breeze tea party - This is the perfect opportunity to find out more about the Breeze Network and meet like-minded women. They’ll be lots of things to do to keep the children entertained and amused. We’ll provide some refreshments but perhaps it might be worth bringing a few pennies if you want something more substantial. The café will be open 11-1pm with great cake!

Turning up on the day is fine, but we’d love you to register.
