The Road Safety Team organise cycling training for children aged 10 and over, and free cycle training for adults.

The Bolton Bash
: 22 September 2013

Fancy a cycling challenge? The 2013 Bolton Bash sportive takes place from Smithills School, Bolton on Sunday September 22nd and promises to be a great day out in Lancashire.

This is a non-competitive cycle challenge event and you can start any time between 8.30am and 10.30am. At registration you'll be given a timing chip which is attached to your bike. As you roll across the start line your personal timing will start and then finish as you reach the finish line.

There are two route options and distances on the day:

1. It'll Be Reet (35 miles) 
2. Ecky Thump (60 miles)
