Training

Adults who live, work or study in Lewisham can make the most of a free two-hour cycle lesson, delivered by a fully qualified cycling instructor. You'll receive one-to-one training tailored to your specific needs, plus advice on safety and bicycle maintenance. Book a cycle training lesson online.
Lewisham Council’s Road Safety team also provide Bikeability training in Lewisham schools. Throughout the year, accredited cycle trainers work in schools with year 6 pupils to help young cyclists feel safe on the roads. Training takes place off-road and on-road all year.
