Breeze Bike Rides in Plymouth

We will be starting from the car park at Plymbridge car park (the base of the Woodland Wheelers bike club) and set off down the Plym Valley Trail to Saltram House.   After a stop and a snack and a chat we will ride back to the car park.  The whole ride is about 3 miles. We aim to be back by about midday.

Wear comfortable clothing – a helmet is advisable, though not essential. We will ride at a leisurely pace giving you the opportunity to chat with other women and we’ll ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind.

• Sarah Woffenden I love to cycle to get somewhere whether it be to go the beach, go for lunch, or just to meet friends. I am 41 and cycle quite alot though not usually very far or fast - unless i am late for a train/ferry!.
  I like cycling because I love getting out in the fresh air and its quick and easy to get around.
